A retired nun f..., 01-30-2008

Review:
A retired nun friend of the family lives at this convent. She asks my family to borrow money. Also says things like she has to buy the fabric to make her own clothes . And she has to glue her shoes back together instead of buying a new pair.

Does anyone have information to confirm that nuns that live there are really so poor and needy?
