Review:Last Sunday I was visiting my 91 year old Dad and took him to the service at Southside. I thought it was excellent, warm and friendly. People were sociable and caring and the Pastor did NOT think it was "all about" him. Song service was sincere and not just a show of entertainment, but of true worship and it was was very enjoyable. The message had real life application and seemed to apply to all. I wish I could move this church to Northern KY where I live. They have a lot of mid-week programs to give people real help. It certainly did NOT feel like a business, as most large churches do. It didn't seem like, they "charged" for everything as is the typical way of most larger churches today. The people there seem serious about God and supporting the work of the ministry. Christians of all maturity levels would probably find themselves happy in this church. Non-Christians would feel loved and helped.
