Review:We visited this church when we first moved to Melfort. The poeple there were very friendly and welcoming. Their Sunday morning service has a consistent feel, but it still has variety especially in the music. Depending on who is leading the music on that particular Sunday it range from traitional hymns to rock guitar and drums (this is what initially peaked our interest as we lean towards the non-traditional style of worship in music). Their Sunday school was after the service which was nice as quite a few people who are waiting for their kids to be done Sunday school hang out afterwards and have coffee and snacks. We had quite a few people ask us to stay and visit afterwards; it was nice. Since we've been attending regularly, we've come to really appreciate the open and loving atmosphere offered at MECC.
