Christ Church, besides being the oldest church in the capital city of Kerala, is also the largest congregation in the Diocese of Madhya Kerala.The sesquicentennial celebrations was officially inaugurated on 15 November 2008 with a Special Thanksgiving Service lead by Rt. Rev. Thomas Samuel, Bishop of Madhya Kerala diocese.Sesquicentennial celebrations are planned to span over an year started from 14 November 2008 to 15 November 2009. Various Programs and Projects will be taken up over a year to commemorate the event.This website will be updated regularly to reflect new information related to sesquicentennial Celebrations.
